Relaxing Meditation

Stress is a natural response to a perceived threat. It is a survival response that kept people alive when faced with bears, lions and other carnivores. Your boss might growl like one, but your boss is not a bear. Modern life induces stress in many situations that are not life-threatening. Mental reprogramming can virtually eliminate stress with practice.

Relaxation is a well-traveled path to stress-free health and introspection. With peaceful relaxation comes the chance to reach a true meditative state, which releases tension, stress and anxiety better than any other technique.
